We’re sorry if you don’t love your vibe, unfortunately not every toy is perfect for every body, and as such we are unable to provide refunds or credits for change of mind on working products. All orders are sent with Express Shipping (yay!). Order before 2pm ADST for same day Dispatch Monday to Friday.
Your order should be safely in your arms within 1-3 business days with Express Shipping. All orders arrive discreetly; no labels, descriptions, or any other telltale signs for nosy neighbours.
Vush offers free shipping on all orders over $99 (yay!). Below that, your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. All customs and import fees that your region may control are your responsibility, we are unable to cover these fees or taxes.
It’s what’s on the inside that counts. All our orders are sent in plain parcel packaging (think of the most basic parcel you can imagine) without any logos or branded labels. Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, we don’t recommend sharing sex toys with a friend. We know that period cramps and cramps don’t have a set time frame in life. Aura is safe for anyone with period cramps to use, but TENS machines are not recommended to anyone under the age of 12.
